Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Whether you want to sooth a sore throat or just beat the heat, try out this easy and delicious smoothie bowl!
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp all natural, smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of ice
  • Optional toppings:
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • chia seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • fruit
  • nuts
  1. With the exception of the ice, add ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until you have the desired consistency.
  2. Add toppings and enjoy!
